Introduction and how to join
Sheen Shufflers Running Club is made up of competitive runners and those who run for health, enjoyment and recreation. Our runners range from beginners to those who have run for years. We have day and evening running groups and a track based juniors section. Hopefully you can find all the information that you need on this site. If not, please contact us.
Please note that training is suspended due to the current government guidelines. A decision to resume will be made after March 8th 2021, taking into account future guidelines issued by the government and English Athletics. We will update this page as soon as we are able.
Sheen Shufflers meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Thursday and Friday mornings. We use Richmond Park all year round. Running at night in the winter is possible as there is enough light to safely run along the park roads which are of course closed to traffic then. Alternative arrangements will be posted on this site when applicable.
